We provide free consultation (including email, instant messaging, Live Chat on our website, telephone calling, etc) about all our items. If necessary, we can also arrange engineer (s) to give training at your premises, you will be responsible for the cost of such travelling (i.e. air ticket, board and lodging in your country, etc.).

For the machines out of warranty period and if our engineer (s) is (are) required to attend at, all the fares, accommodation cost and incidental expenses shall be borne by customer, and accordingly, USD$100 service fee shall be charged per day.
