1. Within the 360 day period, if the output power of the Co2 laser tube is lower than 80% of the rated power under standard operating conditions as set by the instruction booklet, we will take responsibility for the repair and replacement of the laser tube, free of charge.
2. Our quality assurance does not apply to problems incurred under incorrect usage that do not comply with the instruction book.
Incorrect operation of the Co2 laser tube may result in different consequences, including a change in color of the negative electrode after long term over-current use, and the service life will be significantly reduced. Please cover the high pressure protective housing with plastic wrap to prevent dust from disturbing the interior electrodes.
Cleaning Tips: Please do not use cotton swabs or other wipes to scrub the transmitting mirror on the Co2 laser tube. Doing so affects the output power.
The specified cleaning method for the transmitting mirror is as follows:
1. When the lens is stained, turn off the laser tube.
2. Use an air blower to blow away dust and dirt on the lens.
3. Use a syringe to spray ethanol on the lens.
4. After the ethanol evaporates, turn the laser tube back on.
5. If the above methods do not work effectively, professionals are required, who will use a cotton swab dipped in ethanol to clean the lens in a rotating fashion away from the center, outwards to the edge.The best method is to protect the windows from contamination.
1. Do not use acetone to clean the glass.
2. Do not move the two fastening screws on both ends of the laser tube, otherwise, the output power will decrease, and the laser tube will be scraped.
3. When testing the light spot on organic glass, please keep the organic glass 300mm away from the transmitting mirror.
Safety: As the C02 glass laser device generates invisible light, please wear eye protection gear when operating. A safety sign for high voltage is marked on the positive pole.
Storage and Transportation Requirements: When storing and transporting the Co2 laser tube, please drain the cooling liquid and cover the tube ends with dustproof plastic bags. For storage, the required environmental temperature is 2-40CC and the humidity ranges from 10-60%.
Adhesive tapes and sponges should be used to fix the laser tubes and prevent sliding during transport. A 70mm sponge should be use at the end of the transmitting mirror, and a 50mm sponge should be at the end of the fully reflecting mirror.
The replaced laser tube warranty is 120 days.

(3) The Start Time of Warranty: Once such an equipment is shipped out.
(4) For maintenance service, please provide the invoice of purchase order (on which it indicates the equipment or machine model number, name and sold date), equipment or machine serial number, trouble or breakdown description, and better attach photo (s) or video (s).
(5) The purchase order PI is the essential proof for maintenance which ensures your legal interest and right. Please keep it properly after purchase.
Additional announcement, the following situations are not covered by the 2-year warranty:
(1) Any product or commodity which was not sold out by Varisigns.com (The model number and serial number are not issued by Varisigns.com)
(2) Any unauthorized repairing, mistake in use, damage, negligence, misuse, accident, change or modification, quality problem caused by incorrect installation;
(3) Tearing up or modifying of the label or the serial number of such an equipment or machine;
(4) Normal consumption or wearing off such nature usage, wearing down or aging of the cover or shell, plugging or socketing part or unit, etc;
(5) The using environment (temperature & humidity) did not match up the requirement specified in the manual or instruction document;
(6) The trouble or breakdown caused by incorrect operation or failure in following the operation instructed in the manual or instruction document;
(7) The parts or software not purchased from Varisigns.com;
(8) The wearing or vulnerable part;
(9) The breakdown or damage caused by nature disaster or force majeure (Such as earthquake, fire, flood, typhoon, thundering, etc).
For Receiving Equipment or Machine:
Normally, we will provide you the pictures of equipment or machine and its packing before shipping in order to proof such item in good condition without damages. When you receive it, suppose you find damage on external packing, instead of signing acceptance, please open it first and check the item inside the packing if there is any damage. If you find damage, you can definitely refuse signing acceptance and then claim loss from the express service company. At the same time, please take photos of the damaged packing and item, and contact us (Either our sales consultant whom you know or send email to “[email protected]”). Hence, our people will assist you in handling such dispute.
