This is my first channel letter bender, and it is very easy to set up, configure and use. The bending accuracy is amazing. I have to say that Varisigns technical support is very friendly. My laser welder is in perfect condition. As soon as I opened the package, I knew to expect quality. Everything is there. You need some imagination to follow the user manual. The performance of the Co2 laser machine is perfect as expected. I have been cutting labels and signs, and I did a great job. The software is enough, but it can be better. The delivery was a little bit delayed, but I can understand because of the epidemic. Anyway, this is a good business machine.
