How Quickly Will We Respond? 

We like to say that we “triage” all of your problems before we get back in touch with you.

Of course, we appreciate that your problem is an issue for you. The aim of our technical support team is always to deal with your problem as quickly as soon as they can. 

We would appreciate it if you could give us as much information as possible. Doing so helps us to assess the problem faster. 

Also, be aware that there may be a slight time lag. Our machines are sold all over the world. While we have staff available, there are times when the response is slightly slower. But most of the time you can get a fast reply right away.

How Quickly Can We Get Spare Parts To You? 

If you need spare parts or new tolling, we will ship as soon as the can. It is a good idea to send a photograph of a component that you may have an issue with within your workshop. 

As everything is manufactured in our CNC workshop on our premises, we can get things to you quickly. Most of the time, they will ship to you the same day. We use a courier service which means your piece of tooling or components will be will you quickly.
